一、Body maintenance

3. Regularly check the sprocket drive situation, if found to have loosening, please re-tensioning tension wheel.

二、Oil source maintenance

1. Regularly check the host and the oil source where there is oil spills, if found to have oil spills, should be promptly replaced ring or combination pad.

2. According to the use of the machine and the use of oil period, the regular replacement of oil filter and filter, replace the hydraulic oil.

3. Do not do a long test, pay attention to turn off the host power. If the machine is in stand-by mode, the changeover switch should be in the "load" position, since the solenoid is always energized if the change-over switch is in the "reverse" position and will affect the service life of the device.

三、Control system maintenance

1. Regularly check the control card and test machine cable is in good contact, if loose, should be fastened.

2. If there is a long time after the test without the machine, turn off the computer and pull out the monitoring card.

3. The interface on the controller is a one-to-one. The wrong interface may cause damage to the device.

4. The interface on the plug-in controller must be turned off to power the controller.

5. According to the use of the machine and the use of oil period, the regular replacement of oil filter and filter, the replacement of hydraulic oil, regular inspection of the host and oil source where there is oil spills, such as oil spills should be promptly replaced ring or combination pad.
